Notice of Change of Company Name We would like to inform that our parent company, "Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd.," has changed its name to "ARSOCIA Construction Co., Ltd." effective October 1, 2026, in connection with its business integration with Infroneer Holdings Inc. In line with this change, we would like to inform you that our company, "SMCC (Thailand) Co., Ltd.," has also changed its name as follows: New Company Name : ARSOCIA (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Effective Date : October 1, 2026 Please note that this change pertains solely to the company name. There will be no changes to our corporate status, legal rights, and obligations, or any other legal standing. Furthermore, all existing contracts, permits, licenses, and other agreements will remain valid and in effect as before.
